Meet The NCNW Chicago Section Executive Board

Oversees the work of the Section and serves as the liaison between the National Headquarters and the Section, in addition to the duties outlined in the NCNW Chicago Section By-Laws.

Assumes the responsibilities of the President in her absence, in addition to the duties outlined in the NCNW Chicago Section By-Laws.

Oversees the membership recruitment, retention and reclamation activities and committees, in addition to the duties outlined in the NCNW Chicago Section By-Laws.

Encourages, recruits, and focuses on the participation of young women under 39 years of age, to join the Section,in addition to the duties outlined in the NCNW Chicago Section By-Laws.

Maintains accurate minutes of the proceedings of all Section, Executive Board, and special meetings in a permanent record,in addition to the duties outlined in the NCNW Chicago Section By-Laws.

Assumes the responsibilities of the Recording Secretary in her absence,in addition to the duties outlined in the NCNW Chicago Section By-Laws.

Issues meeting and election reminders and related documents, in addition to the duties outlined in the NCNW Chicago Section By-Laws.

Receives monthly bank statement and reconciles same and prepares monthly reports, in addition to the duties outlined in the NCNW Chicago Section By-Laws.

eceives and properly receipts ALL funds received by the Section, in addition to the duties outlined in the NCNW Chicago Section By-Laws.

Keeps a record or history of activities and achievements for the year, in addition to the duties outlined in the NCNW Chicago Section By-Laws.

Ensures that Section business is conducted according to the bylaws of the national organization, Section Bylaws and Policies and Procedures, in addition to the duties outlined in the NCNW Chicago Section By-Laws.

Draws upon spiritual resources to enhance creative relationships and meaning in the work of
Chicago-Central NCNW, in addition to the duties outlined in the NCNW Chicago Section By-Laws.
